Providing Electricity to Improve the Lives of Kenya’s Maasai -Off-Grid Solutions Project in Kenya-
views
In celebration of the centennial of its founding, Panasonic launched the Off-grid Solutions Project in 2018.
This program, which aims to help people living in off-grid areas become financially independent and lead self-reliant lives, not only provides a solar power generation and storage system but offers education and training on electricity usage and supports the development of local agricultural models.
Through these efforts, Panasonic aims to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society.
The “Aid to Bring Electricity and Improve Life for the Maasai” project is currently underway in an off-grid village in Narok County, Kenya, with positive results.
