The VL-W1 is an air-cooled laser welding machine with a cooling fan.
Electronic components are cooled by a fan inside the controller that sends air from front to back.
A dedicated air filter is installed on the front of the controller to reduce the ingress of dirt from the air.
If the filter is clogged by dust, the cooling function will deteriorate, and the heat effect may cause failures such as reduced life of electronic components.
Requires regular cleaning and replacement.
