With Tokyo 2020 only a few months away, what hospitality can we provide?
Many people might have heard the words "vegetarian", "vegan" or "halal", but not really know what they mean.
Many people from all around the world will visit Japan for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020.
Some of them will certainly have specific needs and desires concerning the food they eat.
But Japan lacks awareness of the diversity of attitudes to food, lessening its ability to play host to such people
This is why the Panasonic Center Tokyo held this event to think about food diversity.
