Vol.4 The Race (Final race day 5 to the finish line) –Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2013-
views
The fourth and final volume of the documentary on the Tokai University Solar Car Team.
One of the worlds’ largest solar car races, the “Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2013,” which travels across the Australian continent, was held.
The team started the race with very low energy due to the very rapid progress they made on the previous day. Nevertheless, the skies were covered with thick clouds, so they could hardly generate any energy.
Without being able to close in on the team in the lead, the Tokai Challenger encountered their worst enemy – rain. What’s more, the third team was catching up on them.
Please take a look at the struggle the students endured and the moving goal scene.
